The Silverline shelving system has versatility when combined with mobile bases. It provides the optimal compact shelving system, ideal for small parts storage as well as different kinds of archive storage.
Narrow Aisle shelving systems are mostly used in warehouses running 24 hours a day, with automated cranes.
The main advantage of a Narrow Aisle storage installation is the optimisation of storage space, as rail running cranes demand less manoeuvring space compared to traditional forklift handling.
Silverline ship shelving utilises the basic components of standard Silverline shelving, but adds a few extra elements making them suitable for storage of goods at sea.
This image shows a new, highly modern storage facility for tyre storage. Mobile Silverline tyre racks with 7 levels were installed and “work assist” vehicles are used for accessing the higher levels.
When considering a high density storage system, look no further than the Pallet Shuttle Storage System.
Operating in a racking structure, similar to Drive-in, this system uses a remote controlled, semi-automatic, moving platform for the placement & retrieval of pallets.
The Pallet Shuttle Storage System removes the need for aisles and for forklift trucks to enter the racking, reducing the risk of damage.
Suitable for wide range of temperatures
This high density system can be used for both mixed and bulk storage
Equally suited to LIFO and FIFO operations
Removes many of the stocking limitations associated with non-automated Drive-in Racking
The electronically controlled heavy duty mobile pallet racking (MOVO) system runs on embedded rails and can carry bay loads of up to 24 tons at racking heights of up to 12 metres, with runs of up to 90m possible.
Maximum use of floor space – only one operating aisle
Save up to 40% of the space required by conventional pallet racking
Alternatively increase your storage capacity by up to 80%
Good occupancy rates helping to reduce energy bills in cold stores
100% individual pallet access
Modular design adapts to any requirement
Safety according to the European Directive 2006/42/EG & DIN EN 15095
With PSS Heavy Duty Cantilever racking, you have extra versatility. In addition to lighter items such as pipes, tubes and mouldings, you also have the capability to store larger and more bulky items, such as steel bars, packs of timber, furniture and even white goods. The products are stored horizontally on the arms and handled either manually or by using forklift trucks or cranes.
Cantilever racking is available in both single sided and double sided configurations. The double sided rack provides maximum storage capacity on a single central column while the single sided rack is designed to fit flush against a wall.
